Louyse doit tout vendre pour payer la dotte des enfants du premier lit d'Alphonse et est laissée dand la pauvreté.
Louise vend sa part du fief de Ragonant contre celui des Enclaves plus 2000 livres. Les Enclaves est un fief d'environ 90 arpents localisé adjacent à la partie nord de la ferme de la Massicotterie. Formé de cinq quartiers de terre labourable et d'une pièce plantée d'arbres fruitiers, on y trouve aussi une maison avec grange, étable, cour et jardin clos.
Fait donation de ses biens à son fils Antoine et réserve la somme de 600 livres pour sa fille Catherine de Baillon.
