Following a life-long passion, Elinor attended and graduated from the Cambridge School of Culinary Arts in Cambridge, Mass. Before moving to Maine Elinor worked as a chef in a small French Bistro and Winery Restaurant in Massachusetts. She recently took refresher courses in French at the Penobscot School in Rockland, and had worked at Rockport Chocolates and at the Samoset Resort as a pastry chef.
